Return and Refund Policy

At SportJers, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is fully satisfying. Please carefully read our updated return and refund policy to better understand:

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact. Please inspect your items upon their arrival, as they will be subject to an inspection before your refund is processed.

Return Processing: The process of receiving and processing your return may take up to 10 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 2 to 7 business days and will appear on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.

Direct Manufacturer Items, Memorabilia, and Collectibles: Some items have specific return policies that must be adhered to. To learn more about the return procedure for these products, please refer to the "Direct Manufacturer Returns" section on our website.

Shipping Charges: Please note that the original shipping charges are not included in the refund. To get a return label, please follow the steps described above. We will deduct $14.00 from the credit you receive to cover the return fees. However, if the return is due to our mistake, we will cover these costs.

Non-refundable items: Personalized items are considered final sales and cannot be returned. If a personalized item is returned, we will not accept the return and will donate the merchandise to a charity of our choice.

Incorrect Returns: We are not responsible for accepting, retaining, and/or returning any item that you ship to us in error (i.e., items not purchased on our site) ("incorrect return"). If we receive and decide to accept an incorrect return, we may, at our sole discretion, ask you to pay reasonable processing and shipping fees to cover the costs of the incorrect return ("return fees"). Once received, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and retain the incorrect return for a reasonable period not exceeding 30 days. If we cannot contact you or if you do not pay the return fees during this period, we reserve the right to dispose of the incorrect return or donate it to a charity of our choice.

Sale Items: Please note that sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned.
