Thank you for shopping with Sport Jersey Co. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Production and order preparation take 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated transit time is 8–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after shipment. This is in addition to the production and order preparation time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping charges are as displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to United States.

The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay for your order. Under our shipping arrangement, the carrier covers import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees. You will not be asked to pay these charges separately upon delivery. Customs processing may still affect delivery times.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our products are made to order. You can request cancellation within 1 hour after placing your order, in accordance with our refund policy. The cancellation window is based on when the order was placed, not when it ships. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
